My name is Daniel Licudi and I have spent my whole career from my early twenties in the service of children, young people, and adults with an SEN.
I have worked at every level that now exists at Disability Matters from play and support worker to youth leader and youth club centre manager.
My experience takes in the roles of charity project manager and community and family liaison to high level teaching assistant, learning mentor and SEN teacher with a specialism and focus on autism, communication, and challenging behaviours.
This has allowed me to develop our company from the ground up from personal experience and growth with a family-focused centred approach that takes advantage of my many years of knowledge and experience in all areas of Disability Matters.
It has been my life’s passion and privilege to work with some of the most special, interesting, and exciting people in our society and help them and their families discover, grow, develop and blossom.
Our company is a family of passionate and like-minded professionals who, like me, seek to support and bring out the best in our special population and develop their abilities to make a valuable contribution in society.
This company is not mine but yours and it is my core hope and aspiration that in time you will join this family where we see the ability and not the disability.
